St. Louis and New York Rangers Trade

D Erik Johnson
3rd round conditional draft pick in '08 -- if Jagr finishes in the top 5 in points, this becomes a 2nd round pick in '08. If Jagr leads the league in both goals and points, this becomes a first round pick in '08.
To St. Louis:
RW Jaromir Jagr
D Marek Malik
C Brad Boyes
D Erik Johnson

Okay, there was a little bit of miscommunication between myself and the Rangers. We worked it out though. Here is the new language of the trade.
C Brad Boyes - $1.500
D Erik Johnson - $0.850
2nd round pick in 2008
*4th round conditional draft pick in 2009 -- if Jagr finishes in the top 5 in points (in 2008) this becomes a 3rd round pick in '09.
